You need to be at its maximum performance for our entire body is well, so today we give you some basic tips to keep in mind. Many of them are habits that seem insignificant but actually affect us greatly, then the enumerated:</p>
<p>- Sleep late and waking up late<br />
- Not urinating in the morning<br />
- Eating too much<br />
- Skipping breakfast<br />
- Eating lots of drugs<br />
- Consume preservatives, colorings, artificial sweeteners<br />
- Consuming unhealthy cooking oils, we recommend also avoid eating fried and fatty foods when we are sick too.<br />
- Consuming raw or overcooked, as this form reload the liver and this will make your job harder. It is best to eat vegetables raw or steamed.<br />
- Eating alcoholics drinks too much.</p>

<p>Here are a list of possible exercises you can practice, are very simple and you can practice as many times as you want, see how your feet start to feel better after them:</p>
<p>- Lean on your heels and make money from right to left and up and down.<br />
- Walk on your heels.<br />
- Pick up marbles with your toes.<br />
- If you work standing move and try to change shoes at least once during the day.<br />
- If you work sitting keep your feet elevated about 10 inches around, leaning on a surface.</p>
