According to research, Alzheimer’s disease can be prevented in more than 50% of cases

These are the data that came to light during the International Conference on Alzheimer’s Disease in Paris, and published online Tuesday in Lancet Neurology, more than half of all Alzheimer’s cases could be prevented with changes in lifestyle or through prevention and treatment of chronic diseases as Mental Health researcher, Deborah Barnes of the San Francisco Medical Center VVA.
The data analyzed worldwide during the investigation revealed that the main risks that can cause Alzheimer’s are poorly educated, smoking, physical inactivity, depression, hypertension, diabetes, and obesity in middle age (highest to lowest importance) .
From this we draw the conclusion that encouraging smoking cessation, exercise, or time to treat depression can help prevent Alzheimer’s, on the assumption that changing the risk factor changes the risk itself. Check that this is what needs to be done now to prevent Alzheimer’s figure looks tripled in the years ahead as planned.
